Very close to the dental clinic we were attending. Great staff offering wonderful service. Many thanks to Carol on the front desk for taking time to chat with us each night.

The breakfast was very good, and the location is a central and safe place around Bogota. The room was comfortable but needed more lights.

Hotel room had a well-appointed bathroom and plenty of hot water, facilites were excellent. Hotel is a five-minute drive from UniCentro shopping mall. There is a D2 mini-Market a few doors down from the hotel where you can pick up a variety of non-persishable, packaged goods, toiletries, water, juices and snacks among other assorted items.

Firstly, the booking was for the Santa Barbara Real Hotel, however when we arrive they inform us that they were already full but that the can offer us a room at a nearby hotel, it was 3 blocks away. So this review is more about the Back Hotel Usaquen.

Everything was great! Nice staff, confortable bedroom, tasty breakfast, quiet location. I could get taxi service from airport to the hotel and the same person took me to some other places in town. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Amazing staff. Reception, housekeeping and chefs. All very helpful and made my stay more enjoyable. The location is good and the rooms are a good value for money.

Location, Check in was easy, hotel was very clean. The thing that I loved the most was the service provided by the lady at the restaurant.
